Exhibition Rule]
This exhibition will provide the space with shell scheme and the raw space, and any exhibitor can choose one according to the company's requirement.
1. Exhibit Space Cost:
＊ Space with Shell Scheme:
Price: standard 9 sqm US$3200; Regular size: 3m 〜 3m .
This option includes back & side walls, carpet, fascia board, one consulting table and two chairs, one fluorescent lighting and one power point (220V, 5A ).
＊ Raw space:
Price: US$350 per sqm (Minimum 36 sqm). The exhibitors can appoint their own stand contractor or delegate official contractor to customize their stand design. Carpet is not included.
2. Additional Exhibitor Service (not required) :
Price: US$100/person
It includes three lunches, beverages, entrance to opening banquet, gifts, etc.
3. Exhibit Space Arrangement: The organizer will assign exhibit space on a basis of ＾first-come, first-served￣. Upon space arrangement, exhibitor will receive a confirmation letter after registration. The organizer keeps few booths for flexibility.
4. Attending Procedures: Please carefully fill in ＾TiChina application/contact￣ stamped with the company's seal, and then mail or facsimile to the organizer, and then transfer the deposit or total cost to the appointed bank account according to the confirmation letter within 10 days with the bank payment certificate.
5. Exhibitor Manual: The organizer shall mail ＾Exhibitor Manual￣ (including information concerned with the schedule, hotel, freight forwarding, transportation, stand construction etc.) to exhibitors 80 days before the exhibition inauguration.
6. Exhibition catalog: It will help you to find target consumers. It will not only be distributed to professional visitors during the exhibition, but also through various channels after the exhibition. The subscribing price list for advertisements in the catalog are as follows:

During the exhibition, we will hold the topic seminar to assist exhibitors in holding multi-technical communication as well as products launch. Each seminar lasts one hour with charge of US$1,000 for the standard expense, including the expenses of exhibition area and rent of relevant equipment. The companies which will hold the topic seminar should contact the organizer in advance, and send the topic, brief introduction, speaker name of the seminar to the organizer at the end of Sep.15 th, 2008.
